Only what you type into a form. There are three on this site, and each asks for a different thing:

Quarterly market report — first name, email address, and the neighborhood or town you care about.
Request a text — first name, mobile number, and optionally what you are weighing.
Contact — whatever you choose to put in the message.

Nothing is required beyond the one field marked as such on each form. The site does not ask for financial details, identification numbers, or anything about your household, and you should never send those by web form or text.

To answer you, and nothing else. An email address given for the quarterly report is used to send the quarterly report. A number given to request a text is used to send you a text. A contact message is used to reply to that message.

You will not be added to a drip campaign because you filled in a different form.

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. Ever.

It is handled by Ongena Group at @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, and it is stored by the service providers that run this site and its email delivery. Those providers process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Beyond that, it is shared only where a transaction requires it — and then only with your knowledge — or where the law requires it.

Submitting the text-request form is your consent to receive a text at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and the texts end; reply HELP for assistance.

Your mobile number is not added to any marketing list, and it is not shared with anyone for their own marketing.

Every quarterly report carries a one-click unsubscribe link and our physical address, as the law requires. Unsubscribing removes you from the list; it does not end a conversation already under way.

Email jongena@atproperties.com or text 312.320.2188 and ask. You can ask what is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you do not need a reason. Records tied to a completed real estate transaction have to be retained for a period set by Illinois law and cannot be deleted on request.

This site uses only what it needs to function. If website analytics are added later, this page will be updated to say so before they are switched on.
